What does it mean to ‘formalise’ kinship care?
What are the benefits and challenges of formalising what is often a ‘natural’ process?
In this online event, we will hear about the different levels of formalisation in kinship care practice from practitioners in Brazil and South Africa, exploring what an ideal model might look like in each context.
- Suzanne Clulow, Children in Distress Network (South Africa)
- Claudia Cabral, Associação Brasileira Terra dos Homens (Brazil)
