Training Curriculum: Sexual Harmful Behavior and Children with Disabilities (4-day)
The objectives of the training are:
- To recognize a broad range of disabilities (physical and intellectual) that children may have.
- To be able to use the screening tool to identify a range of disabilities in children of all ages.
- To know how to refer children who show signs of having a disability to service providers who can conduct full assessments and access services for them.
- To support and advocate for careers and families, as well as children with disabilities, constructively and with respect.
