This document is an assessment of the educational situation of CwD in Bangladesh, with a focus on inclusive education. The study assesses the state of special needs and inclusive education in Bangladesh, in terms of policies, resources and practices, and identifies areas and interventions for strengthening the capacity of the government and other partners to bring about policy reforms, ensure adequate resource allocation and promote programming that support inclusive education.
