Disability audit tool stage 1: Staff capacity and training needs assessment
This audit tool was produced to help service providers develop positive responses towards children with disabilities, by mainstreaming disability issues across their work. Stage one of the audit tool helps organizations to identify key learning needs for all staff and management and develop a strategy to meet those needs.
