Dear colleagues,
As a representative of the international organization A21 in Ukraine (area of fighting human trafficking) we are glad to present our newly created recourses for Ukrainian refugees.
We know that millions of people are vulnerable to human trafficking, especially refugees. Regarding IOM`s statistics in 2022, 36% of victims of human trafficking were in Poland, and 92% of cases were labour exploitation. We created the preventive video seminar “Safe Employment in Europe” based on that.
The key issues that we will consider during this interactive seminar are employment rules in different EU countries, how to recognize a dangerous employer, what should be in the contract, what modern slavery looks like, and safety rules for refugees from our partners, the Migration Police of Ukraine. And what kind of help you can get from our organization A21.
We are open to collaborating with anyone in the way of distributing the seminar, and we are ready to provide events with presentations of it for Ukrainian refugees in Poland.

Also, kids are the most vulnerable to human trafficking in the Ukrainian war crisis. Some of the research shows us that 90% of parents are sure that they need any information about safety for their children and 78% of parents don’t know how to protect their kids, especially on the Internet. A21 Created 3 different comic books – Refugee comic-coloring book, Digital Safety, and Safety Steps, as the resources for parents, teachers, and volunteers helping to give kids tips on how to stay safe. We look forward to any collaboration in distributing free comic books printed copies.
